Job Opportunity: Service Support Specialist Jr. (Onsite) If you're someone who thrives on solving problems and helping others, this could be the perfect role for you! As a Service Support Specialist Jr., you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-providing support with billing, payments, portal navigation, and general inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center.
What You'll Do: * Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails related to billing, payments, and portal support. * Deliver exceptional customer service with accuracy and professionalism. * Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions with clarity and empathy. * Perform basic math calculations to resolve billing questions. * Navigate multiple systems and tools to research and resolve customer concerns. * Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to compliance protocols (SOX, PCI). * Collaborate with team members and take ownership of customer issues from start to finish. * Be flexible to work overtime as needed. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of customer service experience (contact center preferred). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and multi-monitor navigation. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively. * A positive, professional attitude with a drive to succeed and grow. * High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus. Bonus Points For: * Bilingual in Spanish. * Experience in high-volume service environments. * Familiarity with customer service in industries like insurance, finance, or healthcare. This is a fully onsite position where you'll be part of a supportive team that values ownership, collaboration, and delivering outstanding service. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
