*Job Description*
* Will work from a list of providers to make outreach and ask them to join network * Enter provider information into the system to validate and credential before they are approved vendors * Half of it is a very logical job - step by step instruction will be provided to update the system internally * 70% of the job -- heavy phone work and outbound calls - Must be very outgoing and make active outreach to providers with no relationship - will walk providers through the value prop in joining the network and discuss rate structures - explain the service to them. Will have all the info provided but not a scripted sales job - need to think on their feet. Will not handle high level contract negotiations * Also work through email to receive and update provider information * Will manage their own desk - heavy organization required and manage follow up and lots of tasks in process * Will work in CRM - all Microsoft based * Network development- outreaching providers (calls and emails) to recruit providers to our PPO, Work Comp, and EAP networks, as well as for single-case agreements when a specific type of provider is needed * Entering data into our EHR system based on contract renewals and provider updates as well as entering and reviewing data to maintain accurate records * Analyze, problem solve, and communicate with providers on their questions regardless if it is an IT, contracting, or procedural question * Supporting needs around HICF and UB claim issues and EOB requests * Reviewing and approving provider applications based on credentials and requirements * Review, respond, and meet with providers, clients, and other clients via in person (if applicable), Virtual meetings, phone calls, and email messages * Build and maintain relationships with providers, group practices, network partners, and community * Scanning and filing of documents * Negotiating Rate with providers and facilities * Reviewing, revising, and approving provider contracts *Qualifications* * Min 2 years in a role that required complex thinking & customer conversations * Minimum 1 year in healthcare industry experience required - need to know what a provider is, HIPPA regulations, how insurance works at a high level, what it means to be in network *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
