*Description*
The manager/analysts of the Team Process Excellence will support the director in leading a critical function focused on helping Team meet expanding operational, regulatory, and third-party risk and compliance requirements. This team is growing, driving process excellence and program execution for high-priority initiatives. The manager and analysts will play a key role in improving business processes, enhancing control environments, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across The Team. Key Responsibilities: * Take part in the documentation, assessment, and enhancement of critical business processes, with a focus on mitigating risk, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing control effectiveness * Deliver end-to-end process mapping, SOP development, and gap analyses to support a stronger and more consistent operating environment * Leverage tools and technologies-including GenAI, digital process mapping, and automation solutions-to improve documentation quality and reduce manual work * Build and maintain project management discipline within the team by applying standard frameworks, timelines, and tracking for deliverables * Partner closely with Compliance, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and Technology to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and risk appetite * Serve as a process excellence thought partner to leaders, contributing insights and recommendations to influence decision-making * Coach and develop a team of high-performing managers, while building deep subject matter expertise in operational quality, process optimization, and regulatory enablement *Skills* Process management, Process mapping, Process improvement, Communication and analytical skills, Business process analysis, Agile, Process analysis, Business process improvement *Top Skills Details* Process management,Process mapping,Process improvement,Communication and analytical skills *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *experience in process documentation, control design, and implementation * Comfort querying data or accessing backend systems to develop and evaluate effectiveness of alerting and controls, experience with SQL and Python preferred * Experience supporting internal or external audits, familiarity with compliance functions such as AML, Financial Crimes, Sanctions Screening, KYC, Privacy, etc. * Experience managing direct reports and developing high-performing teams * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions * Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities * Exposure to GenAI, automation tools, or digital process mapping technologies is a plus *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
