With an emphasis on early detection, the team of professionals conducts thorough eye exams aimed at identifying eye conditions in their initial stages. Staffed by a team of highly skilled professionals, the practice aims to continue its growth and proudly serves a loyal, established patient base.

What you'll do:

As the newest optometrist on the team, you will work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays each month. When scheduled to work on a Saturday, you will be off the Wednesday of that week. A typical day will include comprehensive eye exams and treating an average of 22 patients. With access to state-of-the-art equipment, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative and welcoming team. Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
