Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Class B Driver to join our team for a temporary assignment. This position involves local deliveries using a 26' automatic transmission flatbed truck and includes responsibility for loading and unloading freight using pallet jacks and hand trucks. Must be 21 years or older! All drivers must hold the required state-issued self-certification designation of non-excepted interstate and provide proof. All drivers must hold at a minimum a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License. All drivers must have at least one (1) year of driving the class of vehicles they will be driving while assigned to *** Enterprises, Inc. All drivers must have had a CDL for minimum of one year. In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by branch management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate automatic Class B trucks for local deliveries Load and unload freight using pallet jacks and hand trucks Occasionally utilize forklifts at customer or job sites (if available) Ensure accurate and timely Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers Adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations Requirements: Valid CDL Class B license Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and hand trucks Must be able to lift and move freight as needed Strong attendance and performance record Must take a 30-minute lunch break daily Additional Information: This is a strictly driving position; no warehouse duties are required beyond loading your own truck The role may transition to a temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance Candidates with strong reliability and work ethic are highly encouraged to apply Comments for Suppliers: Work Hours: 6:30am-3pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch
