Job Duties: Associate, Client Onboarding & Configuration with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Establish new client accounts, navigating complex client account structures, documentation, and agreements required to meet the needs of the Firm's clients. Exercise due diligence reviews, ensuring compliance with the Firm's Client Identification Program, SEC Books and Records, Know your Customer Rules, FINCen Customer Due Diligence, and other FINRA and regulatory obligations. Request products, such as options, margin, checking, debit cards, etc., for the respective PWM client accounts. Ensure downstream systems correctly recognize approved products and services, including Cash products, Client Statements, and Performance reporting. Resolve issues through coordination with PWM Teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal, and Anti Money Laundering. Provide operational risk management and oversight for the Firm's account opening workflow and processes. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years in the following: experience with project management tools including JIRA and Confluence; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas; applying subject matter expertise and leveraging process improvement techniques to drive change; knowledge re-evaluating opportunity and return on investment in a changing environment; identifies control and exposure points within workflow; understand where errors may occur in the process (has awareness of key controls); awareness of Ops Risk Framework, KRIs and RCSA; experience entering KRIs for the team each week; and manages change programs from inception to delivery, ensuring all appropriate roles and responsibilities are established and the requirements of the change cycle are completed.
