Responsibilities
Position Description: The Patient Experience Liaison engages the patients to support a positive experience in the hospital. They intervene with patient concerns, offer support and connect with patient advocate as needed. They work closely with the leadership and staff. The Patient Experience Liaison collaborates with departmental leaders to ensure resolution of concerns presented by patients, families, visitors, or other representatives of the patient. The Patient Experience Liaison actively participates in the development and implementation of customer service and patient relations initiatives related to the facility's mission and goals. Valley Hospital is a 122-bed psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Valley Hospital provides patient-centered care delivered by compassionate staff trained in the mental health and chemical dependency fields. Valley features individual units for adults and offers inpatient acute care and intensive outpatient programs. We offer specialty programs including crisis stabilization, rehabilitation support in maintaining sobriety, and a women's program to promote hope and healing.
