Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company The Project Coordinator will be focused primarily on supporting the execution of engineering projects at the discretion of the project managers and program managers. Specifically, the project coordinator position will work at the project operational level to ensure the efficient use of resources on projects and support the development of processes and standards. What you will do:
- Provides project execution assistance to the Project Manager, including, but not limited to, status reports, project escalation support, scheduling meetings, and supporting the completion of forms and other artifacts by project participants
- Coordinate with Project Managers and/or Program Managers to ensure the project plan is current and accurate, including processing plans, project plan communication, version control, and documentation
- Facilitate the execution of engineering's training plans by owning logistics of scheduling training classes and processing requests for new training
- Assists with revisions to project schedules: generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones
- Monitor and coordinate the tracking of project issues, working with the team to provide timely status updates to the business line or other interested parties
- Coordinate end user training, including setting up training sessions and coordinating training logistics, as applicable
- Assist in creating monthly detailed project forecasts and monitoring monthly detailed project forecasts, including timely completion of deliverables and updating necessary tracking systems
- Create and monitor minutes from all core team meetings and distribute updates necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third party management systems.
- Develops and maintains accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness
- Provides additional administrative support and ad hoc reports as requested

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communication, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, IT or related discipline; or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve complex problems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including well developed listening skills and ability to interpret business and/or client needs
- Team player with ability to flex in support of greater and urgent business needs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or prior experience in HVAC products, Services, and/or Turnkey projects
- PMI Certification
The typical pay for this position ranges from $35.24 - $56.35 in Alabama. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. #LI-Onsite
