Location(s): Cypress, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our branch offices and the Digital Service Center. This role is responsible for coordinating service activities, managing resources, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Support, inform, prioritize, and coordinate service activities and resources across branch offices and the Digital Service Center.



  • Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.



  • Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, convert requests into service work orders, and schedule or dispatch personnel accordingly.



  • Schedule resources to support standard service agreements and respond to the nature and urgency of service calls.



  • Make informed decisions on the movement and allocation of personnel and materials, based on contractual obligations, urgency, and availability.



  • Order and track parts and subcontractor services using the service platform to support ongoing maintenance plans and reactive service calls.



  • Review and evaluate time-and-material (T&M) service orders to ensure accurate cost tracking and scope completion.



  • Process service invoices in accordance with company billing standards.



  • Follow up proactively with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of the work performed.




Qualifications:




  • High School Diploma or GED required.



  • Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in a service or maintenance-related industry.



  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
