Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for the organization. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and employees to ensure compliance with federal and multi-state regulations and tax laws. The Analyst conducts payroll analysis and validations, integrates data from various sources, and develops innovative solutions to enhance payroll processes. A strong passion for payroll and a commitment to improving efficiency and accuracy are essential for success in this role. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 5+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll Bachelor's Degree Preferred Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) Preferred Experienced with Ceridian Dayforce Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, functions). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of payroll laws and regulations. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, skilled in communicating with all levels of management across diverse divisions and departments Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
