Job Description The IAM platform migration is a user-facing effort with tight dependencies on other modernization projects like HR systems. the company is looking for a technical delivery program manager with strong stakeholder management and executive presence skills. The team will be a mix of internal FTEs, onshore, nearshore, and offshore contractors. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Tech Standards & Enterprise Reusable Services capability to drive standardization and promote reuse as part of our NorthStar architecture. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing strategic technology initiatives related to architecture. Your expertise in program management, development practices, enterprise architecture, and financial services combined with a sound set of technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and initiatives.We want a visionary leader to accelerate our transformation journey! Experience in managing large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs, Experience with Sailpoint, migrating from on-prem to cloud Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different levels of hierarchy Strong understanding of software development practices and architecture patterns & principles Experience in managing teams/programs utilizing microservices and event driven architecture Experience helping organizations move data and infrastructure to the cloud is ideal. Substantial experience with cloud-related concepts & technologies Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage program plans, budgets, and resources effectively Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and manage stakeholders at all levels Ability to Identify and understand technical dependencies between initiatives Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience 7-10 years of experience in large scale projects and programs Financial services industry experience preferred PMP certification preferred Scrum Master Certification preferred *Skills* Project management, Agile, Stakeholder management, IAM, cloud, sailpoint, Sailpoint Atlas *Top Skills Details* Project management,Agile,Stakeholder management,IAM,cloud *Additional Skills & Qualifications* What makes you the ideal leader? Communicating up and down the stack -interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services Leading the tech standardization efforts to streamline technology and tools needed to support business need Support building the reusable services backlog and help in execute development activities Build and develop effective relationships with different product teams to find opportunities for reuse and promote usage of reusable services Create an effective lifecycle process for enterprise reusable services and tech standards and think out of the box to deliver more with less resources Help documenting and conducting presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote reusable services and enforce tech standards Lead the enterprise reusable services group planning activities across goals, KRs, KPIs etc *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
