Lead Low Voltage Technician - Industrial Project (Clarksville \| TEKsystems' Client) If you're the kind of technician who shows up early, leads by example, and thrives in the chaos of a big job site-this is the role for you. TEKsystems' client is adding on to a massive new manufacturing facility in Clarksville and is looking for a Lead Technician who can confidently take direction from site leads and run cables with a helper in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. This isn't your typical office buildout-it's a full-scale industrial site where multiple trades are working side by side. You'll need to be sharp, focused, and ready to lead from the front. What You'll Be Doing * Installing and terminating CAT6 cable in a large industrial setting * Leading a helper and keeping the team on task without constant supervision * Navigating a congested job site with multiple trades in motion * Delivering clean, code-compliant installs with pride and precision What You Bring * Experience in large commercial or industrial construction (not just tenant buildouts) * Proven ability to lead a helper and work independently * Dependability: you show up, stay on task, and get the job done * OSHA 10 and Lift Certification (required before starting) * Your own hand tools (major tools provided) Why You'll Want This Job * Top-tier pay for top-tier talent-no cutting corners here * Be part of a flagship industrial build in Nashville * Work with a team that values craftsmanship, leadership, and accountability Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
