We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a currentTS/SCI w/Polygraphto collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Review specialized data for intelligence leads
- Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client's objectives
- Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
- Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Level 1: requires 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
*5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree*
Basic Qualifications:
- All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.
- Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
- Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
- Prior experience in supporting national security operations
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
