ERP System Administrator - Carilion MMIS

The Workday HCM Administrator manages and optimizes Workday's Human Capital Management module, ensuring accuracy in employee data and HR workflows.

• Handles escalated tickets.
• Release and Integration Testing and Administration
• Facilitating user adoption and improved user satisfaction
• Monitoring business processes and making enhancements as necessary
• Ensuring security and confidentiality of sensitive information
• Maintain employee records and organizational structures in Workday.
• Troubleshoot HR system-related issues and provide training.
• Ensure compliance with functional area policies and healthcare standards.
• Participates in system upgrades and testing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years of ERP experience required. Workday HCM experience preferred.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Workday HCM certification preferred.

Other Minimum Qualifications: HR data management, system troubleshooting, and reporting. For HR, Healthcare HR experience preferred.
