This Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for the clinical supervision in the nursing department to ensure high standards of care are being delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures and federal and state regulations. Compensation Pay Range: Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $86,300.00 - $109,600.00.
