Team is over condo review - over the entire broker division - they handle every condo project We determine the data information to make sure Review natural policies - if there are city legal documents Need to focus driven on is striving for someone that wants to be an underwriter Handle FHA and Conventional loans that is relative to condos Understands insurance, understand disclosures Tax returns - validate it's there Metric: everyone loan that they touch or condition, called widgets - 40 loans that they have to touch per day - mass 200 points per quarter Broker uploads the document then the Ind looks at the condo questionnaire, by laws, budget master policy flood master policy all informational docs, based on what broker ran fanny or freddy Checklists for both guidelines, litigation documents, 6 months of budget, wait on broker to come back An individual comes in when the broker uploads the docs - looks at the condo questionnaire, flood natural policy - reading through it and looking at what the fees - looking to see if there is litigation and see the litigation documents *Skills* mortgage, condo, loan processor, Loans *Top Skills Details* mortgage,condo,loan processor *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Prefers someone entry level with good job tenure Wants someone to be coachable and eager to learn *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
