*Job Title:* Licensing Analyst
*Location:* Onsite - Lincoln, NE About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Licensing Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of related experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. If you have a knack for interpreting broker contracts, analyzing sales data, and bridging communication between business and IT, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients. * Analyze and report on sales data to identify trends and support market studies. * Provide production projections and coordinate marketing information needs. * Troubleshoot complex issues related to customer service, technology, and processes. * Serve as a point of escalation for field-related concerns. * Collaborate cross-functionally to support management reporting needs. * Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor and update systems for industry and company awards. * Support audit processes for field operations. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. * 1-3 years of related experience. * Strong mathematical, technical, and computer skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and Teams. * Ability to develop and interpret broker contracts. * Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with insurance licensing and compensation. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with document management systems. Why Should You Join?
