Job Title: Financial Reporting Accountant (CPA, SEC, GAAP)
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote - flexible remote days) Schedule: Full-time | 40-45 hours/week | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Reporting Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong public accounting experience and experience in SEC reporting. You will play a key role in preparing accurate and timely financial reports and disclosures in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver strategic insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and support the Company's 10-Q and 10-K filings and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP. * Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and supplemental financial information. * Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. * Support the development and documentation of technical accounting matters and new policies. * Contribute to financial analysis and presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. * Assist with SOX/MAR compliance and internal policy documentation. * Liaise with external auditors and government agencies, preparing required filings and reports. * Provide subject matter expertise and act as a liaison across finance departments.
