About the Role Are you passionate about helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? Join our team as a Service Support Specialist Jr., where you'll play a key role in supporting clients during Open Enrollment and Affordable Care Act (ACA) processes. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, guiding clients through system configurations, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls (18-20 per day) to assist clients with benefits, payroll, and ACA-related inquiries. * Guide clients through virtual meetings to update their Workforce Now (WFN) configurations, including Benefit Plans, Payroll, and Carrier Connections. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Benefits, Carrier Connections, and ACA filings, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. * Collaborate with clients and their insurance brokers/providers to clarify benefit plan changes and ensure accurate data transmission. * Support clients in reviewing and approving ACA forms (1095-C and 1094-C) in compliance with IRS deadlines. * Collect and organize data for Carrier Connection templates, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. * Ensure accuracy of Open Enrollment payroll deductions and assist with small payroll-related projects. * Participate in internal projects and support Executive Relationship Managers (ERMs) as needed. What You'll Bring Top Skills * Strong customer service and communication (written and verbal) * Excellent troubleshooting and technical aptitude * Fast and accurate typing and case documentation * Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment Preferred Experience * Call center or client-facing support experience * Experience in benefits administration, payroll, or consulting * Experience with case management systems * Familiarity with software platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, coding tools, or other technical hobbies) Bonus Points * Bilingual in Spanish * Bachelor's degree * Experience in fast-paced environments like Starbucks, Target, or similar, with strong professionalism and tech-savviness * Project management experience Soft Skills That Set You Apart * Ownership mindset and strong attention to detail * Organized, efficient, and proactive * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly * Ability to communicate using the STAR method during interviews *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
