We're seeking a future team member for the role of SVP to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in New York, and is a hybrid position offering work flexibility

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage a Corporate Actions teams responsible for providing corporate action-related custody and accounting processing.
• Monitor the workload of a large, or multiple, Corporate Actions team(s) to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and in compliance with department procedures.
• Review daily control reports and approve the work product and operational output of staff to ensure accuracy on corporate actions activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, depositories, agents and brokers to ensure that daily work meets organizational standards.
• Provide training for new team members and cross-training of all team members.
• Ensure adequate staffing allocation, performance and personnel management of team.
• Develop policies and procedures and manage written supervisory procedures.
• Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
• Experience in financial services or corporate actions preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
