Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Woonsocket, RI Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Responsible for performing customer service and data entry duties in an efficient and accurate manner by performing the following duties.
- Pre-validates customer PO's
- Current pricing, finish requirements, print & revision confirmation, process review, ship via, quantity, certification and any other noted PO requirements.
- Forward PO to Sales or Process Review when necessary.
- Works with the customer to get revised documents when necessary.
- Follow the procedure to enter appropriate job order information into the ERP system in an accurate manner.
- Generates (2 Job order packets) and proofreads Job order and prints for accuracy and corrects discrepancies prior to signing, bar scanning and releasing to production.
- A packet and the original PO are filed.
- Utilizes software capabilities and revises data entry procedures as appropriately approved.
- Performs various clerical duties to include Photocopying, Typing, Faxing, Scanning, and Multi-Line Phone system (main person to answer phone)
- Performs filing duties each day to include file maintenance on a regular basis.
- Receives and responds to customer inquiries / complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Helps other departments as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration
