Opportunity Overview: Operating Procedure Writer - Contract (18 months)

Cranberry Township, PA / Remote

We have a dynamic opportunity available for a formerly licensed Senior Reactor Operator or Reactor Operator. As a Senior Reactor Operator / Reactor Operator Procedure Writer, your knowledge and skills will be used in the areas of Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), for upgrading plant control systems within the GIC organization.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Working with existing customers and internal team to develop and update NOPs, AOPs, EOPs, FSGs, and other related documents.
• Provide plant operation and operating procedures to the Westinghouse NSSS and other GIC teams as applicable for safe, effective, and efficient operation.
• Working with existing customers on Failure Analysis, Issue Management, and other documentation needs.
• Presence in our Cranberry (PA) headquarters is preferred but remote work will be considered.
• Understanding of control systems navigation from an operator perspective, Engineering perspective with Ovation preferred.

What we need to see from you:

• 10+ years of experience working as a licensed Reactor Operator or Senior Reactor Operator in a Commercial Nuclear Power Plant (PWR).
• Detailed knowledge of PWR operation, systems, components, and procedures is required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent resident status (sponsorship not available).
