Description Clerical/Administrative Support For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $3,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSS positions. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. Behavioral Health Care | MaineHealth Mid Coast Hospital is searching for a Patient Service Specialist (PSS)! The PSS will serve as the first point of contact for all new patient request. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to patient inquiries, and calling patients back as needed. The PSS will assist with scheduling initial appointments and manage new patient paperwork, ensuring all forms are accurately completed and processed. Additional responsibilities include data entry, maintaining and updating patient records, and retrieving necessary documentation to support smooth patient onboarding. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
