CLA is looking to hire a Dynamics CRM Practice Leader to join our growing Digital team.

About the role:

The Dynamics CRM Practice Lead will be responsible for driving technical excellence and growth, with support from our Digital Growth team, around the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Using your exceptional understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem to help support CLA clients with their processes, data integrity, and system improvements. The Dynamics CRM Practice lead brings in knowledge and experience in deploying and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform for clients across various industries of varying size and complexity.

As a Dynamics CRM Practice Leader, you will:

  • Be responsible for leading projects, resource planning and project profitability of the implementations and customizations of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Lead a team of architects and developers using your knowledge of the Dynamics CRM platform, Azure DevOps, and other methodologies in implementing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Scope engagements and draft SOWs
  • Develop training, marketing and communication materials with our Digital Growth team to support the sales process.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to drive requirements and process discussions.
  • Create and refine user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps.
  • Stay current with Dynamics technology and stay focused on how we can improve service delivery.

What you will need:

* 10+ plus years in roles with increasing levels of responsibility.

* Problem solving with root cause analysis experience.

* Experienced with implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM.

* CRM functional certification preferred.

* A deep understanding of the sales functionality within CRM.

* Customer Service experience a plus.

* Experience working with agile/scrum implementation methodology.

* Experience with Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

* Outstanding written and verbal skills.

* A self-starter mindset and speaks up in meetings.

* Inquisitive and collaborative approach.

* BS/BA with a technology, business, or engineering related degree.
