This is a hybrid position that currently has the minimum expectation to work out of our downtown Seattle headquarters two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you'll drive success across our online paid advertising channels, with a primary focus on YouTube, Online Video and Display advertising. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, explore and test upper-funnel opportunities by optimizing campaigns across audience / creative / bidding tactics, and discovering innovative ad formats.
Success in this role requires an ownership mindset, a balance of analytical rigor and creative instincts, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and external advertising partners. If you're passionate about testing and optimizing campaigns, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are enthusiastic about learning and growing with the company, we'd love to hear from you.
