Starting Salary Range: $150,000 - $171,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. MISO's Solution Architect is responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders in designing, prototyping, and evaluating highly scalable solutions used to manage the power grid for 45 million people. We're looking for a collaborative problem-solver who values input from others and can communicate complex technical topics with clarity across diverse teams. The ideal candidate brings creativity, efficiency, and leadership to solution design, while also mentoring others and delivering measurable business value.
