Position Summary: The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $85,000-$120,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. As an Account Executive, you will be working as part of a dynamic team in partnership with our highly motivated technical experts to react to customer requirements and to offer tailored solutions covering a whole portfolio of compliance services. This role will ideally suit a candidate with a technical aptitude, a drive to succeed, and sales exposure within an engineering environment. The testing will focus upon laboratory-based testing: EMC, RF/Wireless, Product Safety, Cybersecurity disciplines. You will be responsible for solutions-based selling to our client base to ensure that we are providing added value throughout the customer journey Responsibilities: Expand Sales Territory customer base and orders inline with assigned targets Manage the entire CRM sales cycle from prospecting a client to securing a deal Be able to identify and provide solution-based packages from TUV SUD's service portfolio. Fast and effective generation of quotations and proposals using the CRM tool. Ownership of follow up activities to convert quotations to orders, to be recorded on CRM tool. Conduct site visits to meet with engineers that are developing products and have a need for evaluations & testing Your qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred. Proven track record in Testing/Certification and Compliance services such as EMC, RF/Wireless, Product Safety and Global Market Access. Experience or strong understanding of the medical device regulatory process through the FDA, EU MDR and other regulatory bodies. Experience or strong understanding of medical device project management, design/development process to understand how our services align with our client's objectives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Laboratory-based product testing knowledge within the Test, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry or industry experience of product qualification using laboratory-based product testing (e.g. IEC 60601, IEC 61010, IEC 62368, IEC 60365, ISO 14708 & FCC, EU RED Wireless Standards, etc.) Exceptional organization skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload based on client and business requirements. Consistent ability to deliver, plan for contingencies, and look for opportunities to improve. A good understanding of customers' needs and perspectives to improve customer experience. A good understanding of practical financial issues and business fundamentals. Understanding of the key profit drivers and how areas/functions contribute to the profitability of the business. A track record of exercising a good balance between technical judgement and business awareness. Competent user of Microsoft Office packages and bespoke business tools. A self-driven team player with a positive "can-do" attitude who actively and positively engages with colleagues with a proactive approach to change and self-development.
