Supervisor, Document Management and Project Support

About The Position

The Supervisor, Document Management and Project Support supervises, trains and evaluates the work of the Project Management Specialists and Engineering Documents and Records Specialists teams as they relate to engineering and project support and project documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, train, and evaluate staff, coordinating their work to support engineering teams and projects.
  • Managethe project SharePoint template and project SharePoint sites.
  • Maintainmaster files for CAD, Inventor, Smart Schematic drawings, and technical documents.
  • Ensureproject documentation is received and stored promptly, and in accordance with the Records Management Policy.
  • Create and maintaindocument control processes and desktop instructions.
  • Overseethe purchase of office supplies, copiers, scanners, and folding equipment.
  • Actas QMS and Records Coordinator, handling the creation, maintenance, and destruction of office files and records.
  • Serveas the subject matter expert and administrator of the Document Management System (DMS) Vault and EB.
  • Administerinternal and external SharePoint sites.
  • Coordinate and overseecollaboration between vendors and document control staff.
  • Supportproject needs by augmenting on-site staff for project support.
  • Coordinatedocument control needs for Dam Safety and Hydro Engineering, ensuring FERC-related letters, permits, and filings are completed in a timely manner.
  • Actas the subject matter expert in document control and records management by maintaining business line procedures.
  • Ensurecompliance with project management and records management procedure requirements.
  • Maintainan interface with Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other departments within the company.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Five or more years of clerical/administrative and project document experience is required. Five or more years of experience working with CAD drawings is preferred. Supervisory or high-level team/project leadership is preferred. Supervisory experience with bargaining unit personnel is preferred.

In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

Working knowledge of commonly accepted document control and records management processes. SharePoint and computer capabilities (required). Proficiency with MS Office Suite required.

Compensation Range:

$86,400.00 - $133,900.00

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
