Job Summary

The Associate Business Process Analyst is a key strategic partner to Field Operations leadership, providing actionable insights, operational performance evaluation, and business planning support. This role is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across field teams, managing complex reporting ecosystems, supporting product launch readiness, and surfacing opportunities for operational improvement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into strategy in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Reporting & Performance Management: Lead the development and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to measure field team performance, productivity, and service KPIs.
  • Strategic Planning & Insights: Partner with operations leaders to identify trends, surface opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations for efficiency, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
  • Data Ownership & Governance: Build, manage, and maintain reporting dashboards, operational trackers, and databases to ensure clean, actionable, and accessible information.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and standardize performance measurement tools that help leadership understand and act on key trends in productivity, cost, and service quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or business-related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training preferred.
  • 2+ years of business process management experience
  • Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of system development lifecycle
  • Knowledge and willingness to learn report development utilizing a relational database
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management
  • Ability to organize, plan and execute major projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
