Aerobraze Engineered Technologies, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Our 90,000-square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio houses a dedicated team of 50+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities. Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of projects within the aerospace facility, including customer program updates, engineering initiatives, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, balancing customer needs with internal resources to drive success.

Essential Responsibilities

Customer Project Management

  • Act as the main liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and deliverable trackers.
  • Manage risks, scope changes, and customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and long-term improvement in quality, delivery and efficiency.
  • Reports to Operations Manager for customer communications with dotted line to GM on site wide continual improvement projects.


Engineering Project Oversight

  • Coordinate with engineering teams on the design, development, testing, and implementation of aerospace components and systems.
  • Monitor technical progress and resolve roadblocks by engaging cross-functional expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.).


Facility & Infrastructure Projects

  • Lead capital improvement and infrastructure projects (equipment installations, facility expansions, safety upgrades).
  • Work with facilities, EH&S, and operations teams to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing production.
  • Track budgets, resources, and contractors to meet milestones and operational requirements.


Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives to enhance site efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity gains.
  • Work with site leadership team on Continuous Improvement tracking and execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and Kaizen events.



Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
