Golisano Childrens Hospital of Southwest Florida - Lee Health is seeking a Pediatrician for our Developmental-Behavioral clinic! Located near Southwest Florida's beaches is Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida - a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. This 135-bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children's hospital between Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides various specialized services to take care of all of our community's children, from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. The hospital has a 16 bed PICU and a 70 bed NICU with 24 hours in-house Neonatology coverage. Lee Health is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary care and specialty care providers with over 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals that together house over 1,800 hospital beds. Position Information: Lee Physician Group Pediatric Developmental-Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate pediatrician with a desire to focus on developmental-behavioral pediatrics. Ideal candidates will possess either a background in or a strong interest in working with patients with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, and language/learning disorders. The practice is comprised of a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team of pediatric neurologists, developmental/behavioral health pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health workers, autism navigators, behavioral health specialists, and several other critical support staff. This outpatient role is MondayFriday, with no weekends or call required!
