Description Position at K&D Factory Service Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time Experienced Technicians Wanted (2+ Years) K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team! --- What You'll Do: Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay) Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines --- What You Need to Apply: * 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry * EPA Level 2 minimum * Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged * Driving record must align with our safety standards * Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset * CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus! * Must be 18 years of age * Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen --- What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay + monthly technician bonus program Overtime and double time for on-call work Paid time off + holiday pay Health, dental & vision insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Fully stocked company service truck, phone, tablet, and uniforms Ongoing paid training through CFESA and manufacturers Enjoy the benefits of our Town Shares program, giving you the opportunity to share in the long-term financial success of our company as you grow with us! --- K&D Factory Service is an equal opportunity employer.
