Position Overview:
This role focuses on leading integration technicians by offering guidance, training, and support to foster their development. It ensures timely completion of integration orders through close coordination with Sales and Engineering, using production schedules and ongoing communication. The position requires regular collaboration with managers and operations teams to stay aligned on upcoming projects. Additionally, it involves maintaining lab equipment and addressing any issues promptly. A consistent daily run rate for configuration projects is expected, along with full resolution of all technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
The Sr. Engineer is also responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable imaging and provisioning solutions across enterprise environments. This role ensures seamless deployment of operating systems, applications, and configurations across diverse hardware platforms while maintaining network efficiency and security compliance.
