Position Overview:
This role focuses on leading integration technicians by offering guidance, training, and support to foster their development. It ensures timely completion of integration orders through close coordination with Sales and Engineering, using production schedules and ongoing communication. The position requires regular collaboration with managers and operations teams to stay aligned on upcoming projects. Additionally, it involves maintaining lab equipment and addressing any issues promptly. A consistent daily run rate for configuration projects is expected, along with full resolution of all technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
The Sr. Engineer is also responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable imaging and provisioning solutions across enterprise environments. This role ensures seamless deployment of operating systems, applications, and configurations across diverse hardware platforms while maintaining network efficiency and security compliance.
What you'll do as the Sr. Integration Engineer:

Imaging & Provisioning
  • Demonstrating knowledge of PC operating systems, software, hardware and peripherals
  • Solid understanding of all major Mac and Windows Operating Systems
  • Help develop, test, and maintain OS images (Windows/macOS) using tools such as SCCM, MDT, JAMF, and Intune
  • Automate image deployment workflows for consistency and efficiency across global sites.
Network Integration
  • Provision and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) to support imaging and deployment workflows.
  • Collaborate with network engineering teams to ensure bandwidth and routing support for large-scale deployments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot provisioning-related network issues using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
  • regulations.
Support & Documentation
  • Provide support for imaging and provisioning escalations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of imaging processes, network configurations, and deployment logs
  • Train junior engineers and support staff on imaging best practices and tools.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise imaging and provisioning.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, MDT, JAMF, Intune, and Windows Deployment Services.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
  • Experience with network provisioning tools and concepts
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Endpint Administrator, Cisco CCNA are preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based imaging and provisioning (e.g., Autopilot, Azure AD Join) are preferred.
  • Exposure to global deployment logistics and multi-site coordination would be preferred.
