Summary of Job Description:

This is a temporary position. The Remodel Project Specialist is responsible for coordinating projects for the department to include Remodels/Refresh and Roll Out projects and any other special assigned projects.This position coordinates Remodels/ equipment roll-outs to meet Operations deadlines.The Remodel Project Specialist maintains vendor contract information for use by Construction Team.This position performs a variety of special projects and programs to enhance the efficiency of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees equipment ordering, planning, and scheduling for all Remodel/Refresh projects, working closely with various departments and vendors/business partners, etc.
  • Oversees equipment roll-outs across related functions to meet Operations & Construction deadlines.
  • Manages vendors database to ensure all vendors information is up-to-date and in compliance.
  • Performs a variety of special projects as requested by Restaurant Development Directors and initiates programs and processes to enhance the efficiency of the department.
  • Creates procedural training guides from improved processes and trains others in enhanced, more efficient process.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with course work in business and accounting
  • Minimum three years of facilities-related experience
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required training (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
