The Treatment Client Manager is responsible for driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and advancing the firm's strategic growth in water and wastewater treatment. This role emphasizes technical leadership, project delivery excellence, and active client engagement, with a focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The Regional Treatment Practice Leader will oversee projects, mentor staff, and identify and pursue new opportunities.

Responsibilities

    Develop opportunities in North Texas in major areas of water resources and water/wastewater treatment
  • Create and execute a business development plan for the region, aligned with the Sector's strategic vision and operational plan.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, team partners, and industry leaders.
  • Identify opportunities and lead win plans with DFW design team.
  • Represents Parkhill at council and commission meetings, conferences, and seminars.
  • Collaborate across Sectors and office locations to leverage Parkhill's collective experience and expertise.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Professional engineer registration in TX
  • Prefer at least 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment
  • Expert level knowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends
  • Setting goals with a focus on the long-term needs of Parkhill
  • Experience working with state, regional and/or local public agencies - municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties and/or state agencies
  • Experience working with State and Federal Funding agencies
