Manager of Guest Services - Elevating Workplace Hospitality!

The Role

Lead a guest services team for a forward-thinking client, serving as the key ambassador who shapes every touchpoint of the associate and visitor experience. Lead a high-performing guest services team representing an innovative, premium client. As the key ambassador for our clients' workplace culture, you'll orchestrate exceptional experiences at every touchpoint-from the moment associates and visitors arrive until they depart.

Check out some of what you'll do:
  • Lead guest service operations, including access management, lost & found, mail services, event management, and building protocols

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing hospitality team

  • Partner with conference services for seamless event execution

  • Resolve service escalations and ensure consistent quality standards

  • Identify trends and implement enhancements to evolve the guest experience

Here is who will thrive in this role:
  • 3+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or workplace experience

  • Natural warmth and professionalism in all interactions

  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities

  • Tech-savvy with workplace management platforms

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (hospitality, business, communications)
