We're looking for a knowledgeable, team-oriented nurse ready to go beyond the basics-someone who blends clinical expertise with a passion for education and collaboration.

• Apply your specialized nursing knowledge to assess, plan, and provide care for your patient population.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.

• Conduct assessments, implement clinical interventions, and coordinate resources as needed.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families to help them navigate care confidently.

• Support the ongoing development of nursing staff through educational programs and mentoring.

• A BSN degree, or a combination of education and relevant specialty nursing experience.

• A current RN license in the state of Missouri.

• BCLS certification.

• At least two years of nursing experience in a related specialty area.

• Enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge with others.

• Are comfortable leading initiatives and contributing to team development.

• Have a proactive mindset and strong clinical judgment.

• Believe that great care includes compassion, communication, and collaboration.
