    As the first point of contact for drivers and customer service calls, you'll be the linchpin of our dispatch team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely fuel deliveries. This is more than just a job-it's a chance to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where your decisions directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fuel Delivery Coordination: Analyze delivery needs and manage inventory systems to ensure timely and accurate fuel dispatches.

    • Driver Communication: Coordinate with drivers to manage schedules, load requirements, and ensure on-time performance.

    • Optimize Supply Routes: Collaborate with our Supply team to identify the most efficient lift points and suppliers, maximizing revenue and delivery efficiency.

    • Customer Service Excellence: Handle incoming service calls with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

    • Incident Management: Promptly report and document any accidents or spills in compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Documentation & Support: Assist with document preparation and support cross-functional teams with ad hoc tasks as needed.

    • Decision-Making Under Pressure: Make quick, informed decisions to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

    Required Qualifications and Key Skills:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

    • Experience: 1+ year of work or college experience

    • Tech Skills: Proficient with basic computer applications and digital tools

    • Soft Skills: Strong communicator, highly organised, adaptable, and solution-oriented
