Job Overview
We're looking for a Learning and Development Lead to support our customer-facing teams during a dynamic, enterprise-wide ERP implementation. The expert in this role will collaborate with program partners and leaders across the company to identify training needs, develop relevant and engaging training strategies, and equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
Highlights of your role
Assess training needs of affected stakeholders and evaluate vendor-provided training for relevance to Marvin.
- Evolve the EPT training strategy based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with Change Managers and business leaders to identify training needs by role and create associated learning maps.
- Develop training strategies to support mindset and behavior changes for customer-facing teams.
- Oversee the development and execution of training by L&D resources.
- Apply human-centered design principles to develop L&D systems and programs, ensuring a positive employee and stakeholder experience.
- Design, develop, and implement training for EPT, including content development (documentation, eLearning, videos) and instructor-led training (ILT) facilitation.
- Maintain a catalog of new and existing EPT content, ensuring updates align with system changes and enhancements.
- Manage the EPT training calendar.
- Coordinate training logistics, including tracking completion, monitoring assignments, following up with participants, and arranging travel.
- Partner with the LMS Team to administer, monitor, and report on EPT training completion.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training strategies, monitor progress, gather feedback, analyze data, and implement improvements.
Compensation
$90,000 - $115,000 annually

- Thrive in engaging and influencing people.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels (senior, director, manager), types (technical, non-technical), and group sizes (1:1, small/medium/large groups) both in-person and virtually.
- Set and drive training strategies independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects end-to-end.
- Excel in verbal, written, and presentation communication.
- Focus on multiple training deliverables simultaneously while staying on track and delivering on time.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player.
Also want to make sure you have
Required:
- 7+ years of experience leading and delivering all aspects of the ADDIE, or comparable, training development model.
- BA in Adult Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading through influence and building strong relationships.
- Experience leading and supporting training for complex ERP implementations.
Preferred:
- Experience working with translations and delivering training in a bilingual environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A portfolio or examples of training developed for large-scale training efforts.
