Overview
The State Of Vermont Digital Services Agency is looking for an IT Systems Developer to work with our team in Waterbury. In this role, you will: Build and maintain working software applications Maintain internally hosted applications that have been procured from a third party. Advise and assist with developed Salesforce solutions and similar tools. Create and maintain software and hardware documentation A fingerprint-supported background check may be required based on the assigned job duties and location. As of July 14, 2025, the step 1 rate for pay grade 28 will be $37.06 per hour. Who May Apply

Work is performed in a standard office setting and there is considerable interaction with users and members of project teams requiring tact and diplomacy to balance competing views. Some travel may be required for which private means of transportation should be available. Work outside of regular work schedule may be anticipated. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science AND three (3) or more years of experience in computer or network support, programming or analysis, or database administration. OR Associate's degree in computer science or college-level coursework that includes 15 computer science credits AND five (5) or more years of experience in computer or network support, programming or analysis, or database administration. OR Eight (8) or more years of experience in computer or network support, programming or analysis, or database administration. Total Compensation
