General Duties
  • As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that elevate the Atlantic Aviation brand
  • You will assist in the development and implementation of campaigns and marketing tactics that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty
  • This position requires a passion for our business, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiative rollouts to ensure timelines are met, communication is clear (to field and other departments), and reporting is properly set up.
  • Collaborate with the agency to create and update marketing materials, including flyers, posters, digital ads, and field-based signage.
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (including digital, social, email) to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Communicate with field leadership to understand their needs and provide support as needed
  • Complete website updates using our content management system
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage and update information for all Atlantic locations and listings on multiple online sites.
  • Monitor online reviews and mentions and manages escalation process as needed.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize performance.
  • Leverage internal data (transaction data, research, customer feedback) to help the team identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, field operations, or a related role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for building brand experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a strong interest in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or the aviation industry
