Description and Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented TA Coordinator (TAC) to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our recruitment process runs smoothly and seamlessly. You will coordinate interviews, conduct background verifications, manage administrative tasks, handle system actions, and support immigration activities. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the effectiveness and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Interview Coordination:
      • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
      • Ensure all parties are informed of interview details and logistics
      • Manage interview calendars and resolve any scheduling conflicts
    • Background Verification:
      • Conduct background checks and verify candidate information.
      • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Administrative Tasks:
      • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Prepare and send recruitment-related documents.
    • System Actions:
      • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within recruitment systems.
      • Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment activities.
    • Immigration Activities:
      • Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration documents for international hires.
      • Coordinate with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) tools.
  • 1 year of experience in human resources or a similar field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specific experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations.
  • Ability to generate reports and provide insights on recruitment activities.
  • Experience in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
