Job Description: Position Summary The Talent Manager will drive the delivery of programs that strengthen employee engagement, support performance enablement, and foster career development. Acting as a critical bridge between the regional Talent Management COE and the local organization, this role ensures global frameworks are brought to life in a way that honors local culture, builds trust, and supports people through change. The Talent Manager will work closely with HR, business leaders, and employees to activate initiatives that help all employees feel valued, aligned, and prepared for the future.
