Commissary Driver Lead Overview: The Commissary Driver Lead is responsible for the operational oversight of the Commissary Drivers resupplying aircrafts. In addition, this position will be responsible for allocating drivers assignments as well as ensuring compliance with safety standards. Compensation: Rate: $19.00 USD per hour. Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Work Location: Minneapolis, MN (On-site) Supervisory Responsibility: None Work Environment: This job operates both indoors and outdoors. When working indoors this position will be working in a warehouse environment. While working outside the employee will be exposed to various weather such as rain, sleet, snow, hot and cold weather. In addition, this position is exposed to loud noises from arriving and departing planes. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands or finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee will frequently push charts weighing up to 200 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
