Shipping Clerk - Miami, FL

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. This position plays an essential role in supporting the safe and accurate shipment of high-value aviation parts to customers and vendors worldwide.

As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing outbound shipments of repaired aircraft components. Duties include preparing shipping documents, packaging items according to regulatory and customer requirements, scheduling pickups with carriers, updating internal systems, and ensuring shipments are completed accurately and on time.

You will work closely with the warehouse, repair stations, and customer service teams to maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness are essential for success in this role.

Skills/Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with packing procedures, shipping documentation, and domestic/international shipping processes
• Experience working with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and ERP or inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately
