EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent related experience 4+ years of progressive experience in managing the ADA interactive process & LOA administration. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Must be flexible and able to deal with change and ambiguity. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and align policy with business needs. Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of applicable laws (ADA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA etc.) required. Proven ability to drive innovative programs, initiatives and solutions. MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) required. Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
