What You'll Do

This position is responsible to complete daily tasks and staging for transfer of all goods and products

  • Complete daily tasks to ensure proper storage and staging for transfer of goods and products.

  • Execute safely and correctly all tasks associated with loading, storing, receiving and shipping of goods.

  • Ability to process and document products for loading (out) and unloading (returns) simultaneous

  • Accurately staging and documenting products called for in bills of lading and export papers

  • Collect package and stage drill accessories and consumable per request of the Maintenance Manage

  • Responsible for inventory counts, lot codes and reconciliation.

  • Maintaining accurate records as required by regulatory agencies.

  • Utilize Lazer inventory equipment and system correctly in conjunction with hand records.

  • Operate auxiliary equipment, including forklifts, winches, and hand tools in to safely provide on time and accurate delivery of goods to the customer.

  • Safe operation of Box trucks and Bulk trucks as necessary.

  • Complete and report pre and post use inspections and reports for all equipment employed.

  • Safe use of pallet jacks and shrink wrap machines.

  • Report required maintenance of any equipment required to assure its reliability and safe operation.

  • Adjust equipment as necessary to maintain proper performance and ensure quality and accurate product delivery.

  • Learn and comply with all Safe Standard Operating Procedures, company directives, safety rules and plant policies while operating production or other equipment while protecting personal safety and the safety of others.

  • Report all incidents and hazardous conditions to appropriate managers or supervisors.

  • Demonstrate the ability to trouble shoot, analyze, and immediately correct problems associated with loading, shipping, receiving, and shipping finished goods.

  • Perform duties responsibly with minimal direct supervision.

  • Perform and record scheduled inspection of equipment and facilities throughout the shift.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1 year or more of warehouse or distribution experience preferred. (Demonstrated good work habits.)

  • Recordkeeping and reporting skills

  • Detail oriented and capable of meeting regulatory requirements of Alcohol Tobacco and Fire Arms (ATF) regulations

  • Ability to communicate with other employees on multiple shifts.

  • Operate as defined in applicable SOP.

  • Ability to satisfy the requirements for a "possessor of explosives" as defined by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

  • Availability for work on night shift.

  • Operate large vehicles and other equipment Safely and within Safe Standard Operating Procedures

  • Capable of gaining knowledge of SAP and Laser inventory and invoicing functions.

  • Ability to retain and receptiveness to receive task training and work instructions.

  • Ability of follow all safety protocols.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize while remaining flexible to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
