Wieland is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for

Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to Inventory Control, Production Data Entry, and Shipping / Receiving operations. Strong math, organizational, and computer skills are a must. This role is located in Atlanta, GA and will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control all site level incoming and outgoing freight related issues to include but not limited to Claims and Returns.
• Monitor the Eye Glass website to stay current with all aspects of sales order generation IE: Upcoming and overdue sales orders. Orders released and ready to release, and all other facets needed to make sure the orders are printed and ready to go to shipping in the time frame required to maintain our OTP percentage at a high level.
• Coordinate all inbound/outbound material shipments for delivery and pickup appointments. Cooperate with the operations and supply chain team to ensure material is received accordingly, timely, and accurate.
• Conduct inventory control measures to include Batch reconciliation, MSCA location assignments, and material relocation assignments as needed.
• Work as a liaison between sales and operation teams communicating processing and fulfillment of sales orders/releases. This will include communicating fulfillment, supply, and production workflow challenges or capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively and competently work in a fast-moving plant environment.
• A minimum of two years of prior material management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to see a task through to completion.
• Knowledge of metal industry helpful.
• Perform other duties/functions as directed by management.
