What you'll do -Promote and maintain a safe and organized workplace -Review Clear To Build data to help coordinate planned machine builds on the lines -Releasing/rescheduling/completing related work orders -Ensure each work area has the appropriate materials available to start/execute the jobs. -Assist in properly planning item attributes data in TMS -Establish material delivery planning and backflush locations TMS -Manage bypass reports and order parts from CLI -Analyzes material flow problems, determines causes, put corrective actions in place - proper station coding, 2 bin set up, mistake-proof the order/distribution processes, etc. -Ability to identify and eliminate waste within inventory materials processes -Requisitioning materials when applicable -Maintain/Audit/Improve Standard Work -Train and cross train other employees in materials processes What you'll bring -High School Diploma or equivalent -1 to 3 years material inventory experience -Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, computer and math) -Strong Microsoft excel skills and computer systems aptitude -Understand and support Company policies and procedures. -Commitment to safety, quality, and the principles of Lean Manufacturing. -Enthusiasm for working "hands on" in a manufacturing environment -Demonstrated analytical mindset and problem-solving skills The compensation range for this position is $24.23 to $29.61 hourly.
