POSITION SUMMARYAs a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be in responsible for scheduling and monitoring incoming product shipments for our warehouse network for our U.S. AutoForce division. The Logistics Coordinator will also ensure compliance with standardized receiving requirements and processes.

This position will be located in-office at our Corporate Headquarters in Appleton, WI with a schedule of 8:00am - 5:00pm CT. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maximize receiving schedules for nationwide footprint using C3 Solutions scheduling software
  • Schedule and track incoming imported and domestic shipments from major tire and parts suppliers
  • Work with carriers, suppliers, and our warehouse teams to resolve shipping and load quality issues
  • Assist Operations teams with creation of packing slips when ASNs don't make it in our ERP D365
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our warehouse teams, carriers, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve carrier performance using Power BI Inbound Scorecard
  • Escalate downward trends that impacts maximizing calendars, load quality, and automation
  • Add and maintain users, carriers, and suppliers in C3 scheduling software
  • Champion continuous improvement and quality control
  • Continuously learn and develop professionally
  • Lead compliance with standardized shipping and receiving requirements
  • Support our safety and other company policies

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Associate's degree or at least 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics strongly preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Knowledge of all modes of transit for domestic and international shipping
